					<description><![CDATA[i started cooking collard greens because i love all greens and veggies; i am not southern white or black, and people are somewhat surprised that i cook them. i cook them with onions cut up and ham, sauteed in butter and olive oil, then flavor the whole dish with a little of rice vinegar and a little of honey.  it is....in a word....delicious. i plan to try pancetta next.]]></description>
