Margo was really ahead of her time…the original “farm to table” restaurant in Nashville was her brain child. Both of her restaurants have weathered all the restaurant storms in Nashville because they are so darn good and honest to the ingredients used. She never overdoes it…not too showy…just perfect.
Actually I have never been to Marche for brunch as it so busy, but have dropped in at other times for lovely ambiance and edibles.

Yum! I can’t wait to move to Nashville in a couple years and take advantage of all the amazing eats. I definitely learned something new about tomato pie today, too!

Yes! This is one of my all-time favorite dinner spots, and such a well-kept secret – everyone only thinks of it for brunch. =) Great write-up!
