Gave this a try because it seemed like an easy recipe and relatively, much less work. 
I could kiss you! These are thr best! The easiest. I&#039;m about to make them again.
I have one question and one silly &quot;tip&quot;
My question is, did I miss instructions for adding the molasses? I&#039;m a big fan of a small amount in keto recipes. It makes all the difference sometimes. 
Also, if you&#039;re making &quot;eggs&quot; I found that rolling them into a ball and then using your thumb and index finger as a shaper worked wonderfully well and kept them uniform. No mold needed. (Like the universal &quot;ok&quot; sign but slide both fingers out a smidge. You can then pat the pattie smooth and add or take away to get equal thickness.
