Your video needs updating. In your written recipe, you explain start to finish. You do not go start to finish in your video. Why not? You don’t show the eggs sitting with cream on them out of the bowl. You did not rinse off your colored eggs with water. If you’re going to do a video, you need to determine all of the steps and then replicate each step on your video. This video is incomplete in its message. I would have gladly watched a longer video that went step-by-step. You do not need to rush. Other than that, this method is totally cool and thank you very much for posting.
Quite pretty. Yes this is a new method we will try,

Years ago my kids and I discovered that using brown eggs with the standard egg dying kit created more brilliant jewel toned colors. We discovered this after we bought our eggs at the last minute around Easter and the white ones were sold out. To our surprise we ended up with the most colorful eggs at the Easter egg Hunt. We used brown eggs for all future Easters.

[…] The process is really simple. Get a shallow baking dish or throw away aluminum pan. Put about half of an inch of whipped cream or shaving cream in the bottom. Get a box of food coloring and squirt a little bit of each color at random on top of the “cream”. Take a stick, skewer, toothpick, and swirl the colors into each other. You don’t want to over mix it or you will wind up with hen butt looking eggs as referenced above. […]
