I can’t believe I missed this post. The watercress is a great addition giving it that peppery taste. Outside of a great recipe I do so enjoy your writing. We too own this book.

I read Cahill’s book a few years ago and really learned a lot from it. It is a beautifully written book. Your soup is beautifully crafted and looks so perfect for this time of March where all around we are surrounded by “green”.
