  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line muffin pan with cake liners
  3. Whisk flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt together. Sift.
  4. Mix together sugar, sour cream, oil eggs, food coloring, vanilla until combined.
  5. Add dry mixture until thoroughly combined.
  6. Divide evenly in muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
  8. Cool completely before frosting.
