Brain Power Smoothie Bowl with blueberries, banana, oranges, walnuts, high protein.

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • banana, divided
  • ½ orange without peel or pith
  • 1 cup vanilla or plain yogurt (for yogurt option) or
  • 1 cup vanilla protein shake
  • walnuts
  1. Mix frozen berries, banana, orange in blender. You may need to add some liquid from protein drink or yogurt to get it going.
  2. Once the fruit is smooth enough, gently add in yogurt or protein drink. You want the smoothie to be thick enough to eat with a spoon.
  3. Pour in bowl.
  4. Garnish with fruit and nuts
Greek yogurt works best because it's so thick, but I use regular yogurt. I'm just careful when I blend.
I use Premier pre-made vanilla protein drinks when I'm going in that direction.
