Recipe type: Entree
Cuisine: American
Serves: 2
  • 1 rack of baby back ribs
  • 2-4 tablespoons Butt Rub
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 4 peaches
  1. Sprinkle ribs with Butt Rub, enough to cover, but not excessive.
  2. Wrap in a lot of tin foil, noting that the ribs could leak.
  3. Place a piece of foil on bottom rack for any accidental juices.
  4. Heat oven to 300 degrees F.
  5. Place ribs directly on rack.
  6. Bake for up to 3 hours, turning at 90 minutes. Check to see if bone moves easily. If so, take out and cool.
  7. Cool completely before grilling.
  8. Heat grill to 450 degrees.
  9. Place ribs on grill.
  10. After ten minutes, brush with barbecue sauce. Grill for another 10 minutes.
  11. Serve at the table with more warmed up barbecue sauce and grilled peaches.
Grilled Peaches
  1. Grill on oiled grill about 5 minutes each side or until you have adequate grill marks.
