  • 1 bottle champagne
  • frozen fruit (choose pomegranates, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 1 pint sorbet (choose raspberry, pomegranate, strawberry)
  1. Put a teaspoon full of frozen fruit in bottom of cocktail glass
  2. Top with scoop of sorbet
  3. Pour Champagne over sorbet
