I made this tonight – it took FOREVER. When I added the spinach, my soup turned baby sh!t green – did not look appetizing at all. I also had to add A LOT of almond milk because it was as thick as pudding. After I thinned it out, and dished it into bowls, I shredded fresh parmesan and added previously grilled chicken, then sprinkled italian seasoning over the top. It tasted pretty good, but it looked gross. Not sure that I’ll ever make it again.

You should do a whole Vitamix blog one day! Ceasar dressing (entire cloves no problems for the Vitamix), Whole grain Crepes so perfect, Broccoli soup over the moon, whipped Hummus soooooooooooooo delicious and the list goes on!
