Call me crazy, but I never eat chocolate cake. So I can’t answer your question! But this does look moist, and I like the not-too-sweet ganache for sure. Hooray for Mr Spinach Tiger! And Happy Birthday, fellow September baby. : )

Oooo that cake looks super delicious! I also don’t like it with frosting on top as that is simply not my taste. I like my chocolate cakes to be moist and a with loads of dark chocolate so this ganache topping sounds like my kind of cake… Now I hope you saved me some!
