I have just started to eat cauliflower having been diagnosed diabetic, I started with Broccolli but soon found it easier to grow my own cauli`s.
I have a great recipe for using either one or both:
1. chop into florets and steam for 9 mins.
2. Put into processer and add, cream goats cheese, about 200grams, same of grated hard cheese, I prefer Chedder.
3. Blitz until it looks like a puree.
4. put into a tupperware and leave in the fridge until needed.
5. Serve with an Iced cream scoop, 1 or 2 dollops either cold or heat up if you must.
Great with anything, but especially tomato based sauces.
