It’s like an Italian Ham. Just use ham if you can’t find it. They have it at Publix. But I also like the rosemary ham at Costco.

I saw in your sandwich that you like to add mustard. Is Dijon or spicy mustard too harsh for a party where I might not know everyone’s tastes? That’s my personal favorite, but regular mustard is a classic choice. Also, why no mayonnaise? I imagine it might seem lazy and “soccer mom-ish”, but I wanted to know your thoughts! Thanks for these posts, they’re so helpful and I can see your passion for food in everything you write.
