The mixture to egg yolk ratio gives it more of a mayo/mustard taste than yolk, also much creamier than expected. Still good recipe! Vinegar is a great tip for easy peeling. I added some honey to cut the tangy taste and it was better.

I tried the recipe. Delicious. I had been doing my egg without the vinegar.. It really made a difference in peeling..
