					<description><![CDATA[Delicious!!  A keeper recipe, most definitely.  One suggestion---throw the baking dish into the oven with all of the ingredients except for the fish and let them bake until almost done.  Then, add the fish and bake all for seventeen minutes and so good!  I baked just as written in the recipe but my veggies (squash, tomatoes, peppers) were not tender.  And the olives baked longer are amazing, too.]]></description>
