					<description><![CDATA[Hi Angela.  First of all, you look so cute in that photo!  Secondly, I&#039;ve had avocados warm a number of times, in sauces especially and also in Mexican casseroles.  I never bake eggs but love the combo of a baked egg within an avocado, as I love huevos rancheros with avocado and egg, this would certainly taste wonderful.  I like that it&#039;s filling too, might give it a try for my diet.  Well done!]]></description>
