Making this now and super excited for the results! I noticed that the coffee is left off of the detailed instructions. I assumed it’s added along with the vinegar? I’m subbing pears for apples- we’ve got a pear tree with more than I know what to do with, Would love any other ideas! Can’t wait to try this jam on burgers tonight.

it’s apple season and i wanted to do something different than crisp – i found this recipe and it is bomb.com!!! it’s so easy, and so amazingly delicious. a little sweet, a little salty – perfect on a slice of bread, gets even better on a cracker topped with goat cheese. will definitely be making again!

I just made this for a gourmet club my husband and I are joining – our assignment, make an appetizer that highlights apple. This recipe is perfect and oh so divine! The challenge now will be to ensure that there is enough left for dinner tomorrow evening.
